1. Seller Central → **Catalog** → **Add products via upload**  
2. Or **Inventory** → **Add products via upload**  
3. Download correct category template for Pet Supplies if Amazon rejects generic loader  
4. Map columns from `amazon_inventory_loader_85sku.csv`  
5. Upload → Process report → fix any SKU errors  
6. Set **quantity = 3** (buffer) on every SKU  
7. Confirm images load from Shopify CDN URLs  

**Note:** `product-id` / GTIN left blank (`identifier_exists` style). For Amazon, use **GTIN exemption** where required:  
Inventory → Add a product → “I don’t have a product ID” → brand registry / exemption path for private label accessories.

## Marketplace order (recommended)

1. **amazon.com.au** (AU home) first  
2. Then **amazon.com** (US) via North America account  
3. Then UK / EU only after AU+US stable  

For each marketplace: convert AUD prices in the loader (file ships AUD; convert before US upload).
